    The hotel is probably the best you'll get in Simcoe. Staff was always friendly on our 4 night stay. There wasn't many people which is always a positive. Only complaint I have which isn't even really a complaint is that the breakfast area is separated and some of the food is behind a counter. Most of the time I would go down there would be no one there. Overall very good though

    We just pulled in to the parking lot to catch a Pokemon! Perfectly lovely parking lot. The cars were all lined up tidily ;)

    The hotel is decent for a small town. It's the best pick of what is available in Simcoe. Room is clean and bathroom is clean. The location is ideal for coming and going quickly from town. The staff is always accommodating, pleasant and helpful. It is always quiet.

    Free breakfast was fantastic, even the WiFi was pretty good. Room was awesome and clean, my only complaint was the bed being really hard (but that's personal preference) so still 4/5, would definitely recommend!

    Decent rooms. It's a comfort inn. Beds are at least comfortable.
